3. Prayer and Art, visual prayer and art as spiritual practice.
   

4. Grief and Loss. Using art as a tool for finding meaning and healing in the midst of change in life and relationships.
   

5. Blessings Project. An ongoing project grounded in the traditional Tibetan Buddhist practice of Tsa-Tsa making. I’ve made and given approximately 4,000 blessings away.
